Business coaching works with the client to identify what the clients wants in and from their business.
- Works with the client to have the client develop their action plan.
- Coaches the client through the implementation of the plan.
- Holds the client accountable throughout the process.
- Coaches the client through the many obstacles ( barriers ) or interruptions to accomplishing their plan and producing extraordinary results.
Business coaching asks tough questions or facilitates difficult conversations that produce clearings and openings for extraordinary communications.
